"Blowing glass can look easy to the untrained eye. An experienced glassblower interacts with its material in a way that can make an outsider think that glassblowing is something simple. Of course, it looks so simple, when the hot mass is formed by a trained hand. The title of the Riksglass School's graduation exhibition 2020 alludes to this, the Italian Sprezzatura can be translated into "the art of getting something well thought out, advanced, easy to look, almost nonchalant". As if the whole thing was just made on feel. But that's not it. Behind every object in the exhibition lies many hours of practice, failures and lessons. The exhibition shows both the diversity of the group and the many properties of the material: experimental in combination with tradition, sculptural objects that are combined with objects and lighting, large and eye-catching, small and detailed."

2015 the German UNESCO Commission e.V. recorded the  Manual production of mouth-blown hollow & flat glass  into the German Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

2015 wurde die  Manuelle Fertigung von mundgeblasenem Hohl- und Flachglas von der Deutschen UNESCO-Kommission e.V. in das Bundesweite Verzeichnis Immaterielles Kulturerbe aufgenommen.
